• Mobile phone number – used for account creation and authentication
• First and last name – used for personal identification
• Profile photo – optional, used to personalize your experience
Media and Content Information
• Text messages – messages you send via the in-app chat feature to communicate with your concierge team.
• Photos and videos – when you use the camera feature to capture and share images or videos with your concierge team in chat messages. eg: You may share photos of travel documents, receipts, or locations to receive assistance.
• Audio recordings– when you record and send voice messages through chat to communicate with your concierge team.
This content is stored securely and is only accessible to your assigned concierge team members to provide personalized travel support. We do not use or share your chat data for advertising or analytics purposes.
Technical and Usage Information
• Device and app information – includes device type, operating system, and version
• Push notification token – used to deliver timely updates and alerts
• App usage analytics – helps us understand how our Services are used to improve performance
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
• Deliver and personalize concierge services
• Facilitate secure authentication and communication
• Improve functionality, user experience, and reliability
• Protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access

Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Maestro Concierge account directly from within the app:
Go to Profile → Delete my account and follow the on-screen instructions.
When you confirm deletion:
• Your account and all related personal data (including your name, phone number, profile photo, trip history, and chat records) are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.
• This deletion takes effect instantly upon confirmation. It is not a request or delay-based process.
• The deletion is irreversible, all user-associated records are removed, and your account cannot be recovered.
• Any data retained for regulatory or transaction-related compliance is stored in a fully de-identified form and cannot be linked back to you.
• If you log in again after deletion, you will be treated as a completely new user with no link to your previous account or data.

Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
• Maintain your active account
• Fulfill service delivery obligations
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements
After account deletion or inactivity, data is securely erased or anonymized.
