• Text messages – messages you send via the in-app chat feature to communicate with your concierge team.

• Photos and videos – when you use the camera feature to capture and share images or videos with your concierge team in chat messages. eg: You may share photos of travel documents, receipts, or locations to receive assistance.

• Audio recordings – when you record and send voice messages through chat to communicate with your concierge team.

This content is stored securely and is only accessible to your assigned concierge team members to provide personalized travel support. We do not use or share your chat data for advertising or analytics purposes.

Health and Activity Information (optional)

If you choose to connect Maestro Concierge to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), we read the following activity data from your device:

• Step count – daily and hourly totals

• Walking and running distance

• Active energy burned

• Flights of stairs climbed

• Historical step and activity data for the dates of your trip, so we can show days that have already passed

Why we access it. This data is used for one purpose only: to power the in-app On-Trip Activity feature, which shows your daily step count and related activity metrics for the days of your trip inside the Maestro Concierge app.

It is optional and you control it. We request health permissions only when you open the activity feature — never at app launch. If you decline, every other part of the app continues to work. You can revoke access at any time:

• iOS – Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Maestro

• Android – Settings → Health Connect → App permissions → Maestro

Revoking access stops all further reads immediately.

Sharing activity with your concierge team (separate opt-in). If you additionally turn on "Share activity" inside the app, we upload only your daily step total, the date, and which health source it came from (Apple Health or Health Connect) to our secure servers, so your concierge team can tailor the pacing and intensity of your itinerary. Nothing else from your health record is uploaded. You can turn sharing off at any time in the app; when you do, the activity data we have stored for you is deleted from our servers.

What we never do with health data. We never sell health or activity data. We never use it for advertising, marketing, or ad profiling. We never share it with data brokers, insurers, employers, or credit agencies. We never transfer it to third parties, and we never write data back into Apple Health or Health Connect — our access is read-only.

Retention and deletion. Health data read from your device is held only in the app on your device for as long as the feature is open. Activity data you have opted to share is retained only while sharing is enabled and your account is active, and is permanently deleted when you turn sharing off or delete your account.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Maestro Concierge account directly from within the app:

Go to Profile → Delete my account and follow the on-screen instructions.

When you confirm deletion:

• Your account and all related personal data (including your name, phone number, profile photo, trip history, and chat records) are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.

• This deletion takes effect instantly upon confirmation. It is not a request or delay-based process.

• The deletion is irreversible, all user-associated records are removed, and your account cannot be recovered.

• Any data retained for regulatory or transaction-related compliance is stored in a fully de-identified form and cannot be linked back to you.

• If you log in again after deletion, you will be treated as a completely new user with no link to your previous account or data.
